Refund policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. While exchanges are free, all returns for a refund will incur a $13 handing fee. All shoes must be in unworn, excellent, like-new condition to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on worn merchandise.
To ensure that shoes are not damaged, we encourage you to try the shoes on with socks on a carpeted surface.
*If you purchase your item for 30% off, you are eligible for exchanges only. All items purchased at 40% off or more as well as accessories are STRICTLY non-returnable.
**For manufacturing defects, we will provide a return label, and you will need to send the shoe back to us to verify the defect before we can ship out a replacement. In the event that the original item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a Flux gift card or equal value to the original purchase.
