PRODUCT CARE

For Adapt Knit Runners & Adapt Knit Trainers, we recommend spot cleaning by using water, mild soap, and a soft-bristle brush or microfiber cloth, focus on the particularly dirty areas (outsole or on the shoe). If machine-washing, remove insole if it's removable and wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. If using a top-loading machine, place on top of laundry load. Let air dry, out of direct sunlight. Do not machine-dry. This will also freshen up and re-animate the interior foam. For white shoes, to preserve the color, we recommend treating the shoe with a water/stain repellent spray prior to wear. Do not use bleach.

UNDERSTANDING SHIPPING

When purchasing on Amazon, you will see our products listed as "Shipped / Sold by Amazon" or "Shipped / Sold by Flux Footwear."

The former means that your order is FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) - this means your order is stored, packed, and shipped by Amazon. Returns, exchanges, and customer service is handled through Amazon directly and you benefit from Amazon Prime shipping. All communications must be handled through the Amazon system.

The latter means that your order is FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) - this means that we (Flux) will ship your order directly from our warehouse. Returns, exchanges, and customer service is also handled through the Amazon system. 

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, we do offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all footwear. We'll replace your shoes free of charge! In the event that the original item is out of stock or discontinued, we will issue a Flux gift card of equal value to the original purchase. Please email us at orders@fluxfootwear.com with your Amazon order information and photos of the affected area. Couple things to note:

  • This warranty only covers products purchased from our site or an authorized retailer like Amazon
  • Improper care, general discomfort, overuse, accidents, negligence are NOT covered by our warranty
  • Submitted warranty requests that should be return requests will be denied.
  • Please allow our team 2-5 business days tor review your warranty claim. 
  • Upon review, we may provide you with a prepaid label to send the affected product back to our team for further inspection.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS/PROCESS

Whether your Amazon order was shipped by Amazon or shipped by us, you will need to submit your return through Amazon.
