Natural Movement

Barefoot shoes with zero-drop, a wide toe box, and just the right amount of stretch will allow your feet to revel in newfound freedom.

Unmatched Comfort

The AdaptSol™ insole includes over 100 nodes that massage your feet and provide comfort with every step.

Flexible Traction

Lightweight and cushioned. The rubber AdaptTread™ outsole provides the ultimate traction for any adventure.

Modern shoes limit your mobility. Natural movement shoes let them move as they should—building strength, improving balance, and supporting posture. With a wide toe box and zero-drop design, they help you move freely, comfortably, and naturally.

The amount of time it takes to transition to barefoot shoes varies for each individual, as everyone's feet are different and may adapt to the new shoes at different rates. However, the following general guidelines can help:

  • Gradual transition: Gradually increasing the amount of time you spend in barefoot shoes can help reduce discomfort and allow your feet to adjust to the new sensation of walking without shoes.
  • Start small: Begin by wearing barefoot shoes for a few hours at a time and gradually increase the duration as your feet get used to them.
  • Listen to your body: Pay attention to any discomfort or pain you experience while wearing barefoot shoes. If you experience discomfort, take a break and switch back to your regular shoes for a few days.
  • Give it time: It can take several weeks or even months for your feet to fully adjust to barefoot shoes, so be patient and persistent.

Keep in mind that everyone's feet are different and the transition time may vary. It's important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly to ensure a comfortable transition to barefoot shoes.

A wide toe box refers to the space at the front of a shoe, allowing the toes to align and spread naturally. This design helps reduce pressure on the toes, improving foot function and comfort. Flux shoes have a generous toe-box, thanks to the toe-off shape which creates ample room for the toes throughout the gait cycle.

Adapt Runners fit small for most. We recommend sizing up a 1/2 size for the best fit. For more details, refer to our size chart for guidance on finding your perfect fit.

Machine Washable: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors. If using a top-loading machine, place on top of laundry load. Let air dry, out of direct sunlight. Do not machine-dry. This will also freshen up and re-animate the interior foam. For white shoes, to preserve the color, we recommend treating the shoe with a water/stain repellent spray prior to wear. Do not use bleach.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn footwear for 30 days from the date of purchase (exceptions apply*). We reserve the right to refuse returns on worn merchandise.

To ensure that shoes are not damaged, we encourage you to try the shoes on with socks on a carpeted surface when you receive them.

*All items marked 30% OFF and all items marked CLEARANCE are strictly non-returnable—no exchanges, refunds, or gift cards. ALL apparel & accessories are non-returnable as well.

I really love these shoes. (When they actually have size 14 in stock ;)
I work on a concrete floor all day long and used to have to buy new shoes every 3-5 months because my knees would start hurting. (I tried Hoka’s, New Balance, Adidas, etc.)

I tried these out and my first pair lasted me almost a year. I also started running in them and my feet have become much stronger since then.

I used to need lots of arch support, but once my feet strengthened, I no longer need any arch support at all. The wide toebox is super nice.

Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the sole of shoes wore out fast. Ordered and received in January and started wearing in late February when weather began to clear. In less then 6 months the there is almost zero tread left and sole worn away. I walk on average 10 miles a day and these are extremely comfortable and have helped tremendously with foot and back pain from being on my feet so much.

I’ve been buying Flux shoes for the past three years, but this latest experience will be my last.

After only two months (11/25-1/26), the inner heel lining started ripping; again—the exact same issue I’ve had before. I contacted customer service and was told this was considered “normal wear and tear.” I completely disagree. I tired contacting them again and same result. Normal wear and tear

I own a wall full of shoes, including Reebok Nano’s that are well over three years old, and not a single pair has the inner heel ripped like my Flux shoes. The fact that this has happened on multiple pairs tells me it’s a product issue, not normal wear.

Very **** in both the durability and the way Flux stands behind its products. I’ll be purchasing my shoes elsewhere from now on. I like the shoe overall as I’m a trainer and wear these as my go to work shoes, that’s it. No running, no training, simply walking.

Giving 4 stars because my white shoes came dirty, buuuuut they are super comfortable. My feet don’t hurt near as much as they used to after a long shift at work. I love the hexagon soles in the shoe, feels like a little massage when I walk.

I love the look and feel of the shoes but they need to have a wide option. It’s so difficult to find any shoes that are wide with a wide toe box that don’t look ugly

I got the hot pink as a gift and love them. I have flat feet and juggle with running shoes to the point of risking injuries nonstop. New Balance shoes are literally the only ones I enjoy wearing, but these surprised me a lot.

Over all these shoes are very tight fitting. They seem to be made for a dainty female foot. They put my foot to sleep from being too tight around my ankle. The knuckle of my big toe protrudes on top. The top of the shoe pushes down on my big toe. The width of the toe box is not much wider than a normal shoe. Other brands offer more room. I was hopeful for these shoes. To avoid dealing with the hassle of returning them I tried to make them work. I cut the area around the ankle so my foot stops going to sleep. Maybe once they break in maybe they'll be a comfortable shoe.

Love my shoes. With that being said why are you getting rid of all your cute colors. I won’t be buying more until the cute colors come back.

I bought the Black Camo Adapt Runner in June of 2025. I wear it everyday when I'm out shopping or walking. I train 4 days a week with these, These shoes have been nothing but incredible. They look as good throughout the shoes as when I bought them. The wider toe box has been a life saver for foot comfort. My OnClouds get less use and have already shown noticeable break down and wear; all this for about the same price. I will not be looking anywhere else for training.

I was excited for these shoes! They are comfortable and were great for walking. Unfortunately, the quality is ****. One year after purchase sharp plastic has worn through the back heel making them completely unwearable.

Inside of heel started deteriorating in less than a month. When I first received them I was **** with the cheap fabrics used for such an expensive shoe.

I hate that im writing this. Its like an Ex that I cant stop loving. I want to say they aren't that great because they stopped making my size(14) almost 3 YEARS AGO and I cant let go. Im actually wearing a 13 right now of the adapt trail runner and its too small but I guess im willing to put up with it than not have any.... its kind of sad and pathetic actually... I comment on every ad on IG pleading for a return of the size 14... I hope Issac sees it. No I dont! (..yes I do)

I have had my Adapt runners for 4 months and primarily use them for casual wear but I do run a 5K in them once a week. I really like the space in the toe box, the cushioning feels good, and they are good looking shoes.
I would like to give it a higher rating but the material/fabric at the back of the foot frayed much too quickly. At this price point, the material should be more durable.
My other issue is with the zero drop. I have very flat feet and I started to experience some discomfort/aches in my ankles and calves so I had to get insoles that provided arch support. I wish they would make a version for people with flat feet that offered more arch support. I don’t understand why all the foot shaped shoe companies feel the absolute need to only have zero drop. I love the space for my toes but my arches need some support

The inner lining in the back of the shoe will wear out in under 4 months and the plastic in the back of the shoe will start to scratch your heel. This has happened to 3 pairs and the company says that is normal wear and tear. Just get a shoe that last from any other company.

Shoe fits well and feels great, very comfy. I use them solely for walking almost daily.

I’ve had the shoe for just over 3 months and the inside stitching near the heel is already tearing. Really liked the shoes but they don’t seem to hold up well which is too bad because otherwise they have been great

I purchased Flux Footwear hoping their shoes would help relieve some of the chronic pain I deal with daily. After reading about the brand and seeing the claims surrounding comfort and support, I was genuinely excited to give them a try.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After wearing the shoes for just one day to test them, the pain in my feet became significantly worse. Since the shoes did not work for me, I contacted customer service to ask about a refund or exchange. Instead of receiving understanding or assistance, I was told the shoes showed signs of “heavy wear,” despite only being worn briefly for evaluation.

As someone living with chronic pain, finding supportive footwear is extremely important, and I was simply trying to determine whether these shoes were a good fit for my needs. I understand companies have return policies, but I expected a more compassionate and customer-focused response.

Based on my experience with both the product and customer service, I would not purchase from Flux Footwear again.
