A zero-drop design and wide toe box let your feet move the way they were meant to, and the AdaptSol™ insole keeps you supported without restriction. Performance. Protection. Power. Graphene is a one-atom-thick layer of carbon arranged in a honeycomb pattern. It’s the strongest material ever discovered—200x stronger than steel—yet incredibly thin, light, and flexible. Helping you push the limits of durability and responsiveness.

  • Durability where you need it most: We infused graphene into the outsole—where most training shoes break down first. That means better performance over time and fewer failures during key movements like lifts, sled drives, or lateral hops.
  • No compromise on weight or feel: Most "durable" shoes add bulk. Graphene delivers toughness without the heaviness, so you stay agile and locked in.
  • More confidence in movement: Better grip + longer lifespan = train harder without worrying about your gear giving out.

Natural Motion

Built for dynamic training, with a zero-drop sole and wide toe box that let your feet move freely and your body stay aligned. From sled pushes to sprints, every move feels stable, natural, and grounded from the ground up.

Graphene-Pro Tech

Reinforced with Graphene—200x stronger than steel yet incredibly thin, light, and flexible—the full outsole is engineered to deliver next-level grip and long-lasting durability.

Rip-Resistant

A high-performance Ripstop upper woven with reinforced threads to stop rips, tears, and abrasion. Lightweight and breathable for max durability without the stiffness—so you can grind through every friction.

Modern shoes limit your mobility. Natural movement shoes let them move as they should—building strength, improving balance, and supporting posture. With a wide toe box and zero-drop design, they help you move freely, comfortably, and naturally.

The amount of time it takes to transition to barefoot shoes varies for each individual, as everyone's feet are different and may adapt to the new shoes at different rates. However, the following general guidelines can help:

  • Gradual transition: Gradually increasing the amount of time you spend in barefoot shoes can help reduce discomfort and allow your feet to adjust to the new sensation of walking without shoes.
  • Start small: Begin by wearing barefoot shoes for a few hours at a time and gradually increase the duration as your feet get used to them.
  • Listen to your body: Pay attention to any discomfort or pain you experience while wearing barefoot shoes. If you experience discomfort, take a break and switch back to your regular shoes for a few days.
  • Give it time: It can take several weeks or even months for your feet to fully adjust to barefoot shoes, so be patient and persistent.

Keep in mind that everyone's feet are different and the transition time may vary. It's important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly to ensure a comfortable transition to barefoot shoes.

Graphene is a one-atom-thick layer of carbon arranged in a honeycomb pattern. It’s the strongest material ever discovered—200x stronger than steel—yet incredibly thin, light, and flexible. Helping you push the limits of durability and responsiveness.

A wide toe box refers to the space at the front of a shoe, allowing the toes to align and spread naturally. This design helps reduce pressure on the toes, improving foot function and comfort. Flux shoes have a generous toe-box, thanks to the toe-off shape which creates ample room for the toes throughout the gait cycle.

Zero-drop means the heel and toe of the shoe are level, promoting a more natural foot position and stride.

Ripstop is a performance fabric woven with a special crosshatch pattern—tiny reinforcement threads that make it resistant to rips, tears, and abrasions. Even if you scuff or snag, that damage won’t spread. From rope climbs to sled pushes, CrossFit demands a lot from your shoes. Ripstop gives you durability where you need it most, without adding weight or stiffness. It’s light, breathable, and tough as hell—so you can train hard and move naturally, without your gear holding you back.

Adapt Graphene RR fit small for most. We recommend sizing up a 1/2 size for the best fit. For more details, refer to our size chart for guidance on finding your perfect fit.

Spot Cleaning: Using water water, mild soap, and a soft bristled brush or microfiber cloth, focus on the particularly dirty areas (outsole or on the shoe). Do not use bleach. Do not machine wash.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn footwear for 30 days from the date of purchase (exceptions apply*). We reserve the right to refuse returns on worn merchandise.

To ensure that shoes are not damaged, we encourage you to try the shoes on with socks on a carpeted surface when you receive them.

I wear a 7-7.5. The 8 fits perfect. Love the extra room in the toebox. I've been wearing the Adapt Runner but I think this is my new favorite. I also love the Adapt Knit Trainer. I wear those for everyday use.

Have had these shoes for over a month now the biggest thing I would say is how well you like the shoe is gonna depend on what your expectations of it are and what you are searching for.

If you’re looking for a shoe that can handle high intensity workouts, walking, lifting, short running increments and being on your feet this is probably not a bad option for you if it’s within your price range. I have not had any durability issues with it this far and have so far put it through everything that I listed above and it has performed pretty well.

However, if you’re looking for something for running any longer than a mile or a 5k at most, this is probably not the shoe that you want. It does have a 30 millimeter stack like most running shoes. The foam is not cushiony though, it has a very firm ride.

I bought these because I had bunion surgery and needed a wide toolbox so my bunion wouldn’t come back. They’re working out good so far.

I’m glad I found you guys!! I’m in love with my first pair!! Already eyeing my next pair!!! It’s the best sneaker and I went for a run on the treadmill for 3 miles and it felt like a sneaker I’ve been wearing for months!! Instant comfort!! Love them!!!

This is my second pair of Flux, I have worn the Runner for the last year for walking, hiking and recently because of foot pain I tried them for pickleball and finally my feet don’t hurt. Thought I would buy the Adapt/Graphene Runner with a little more support and love them, these will be my dedicated pickleball shoes, finally I can play for hours with no foot pain!

Highly impressed with this flux style. I own 2 pairs of the adapt runner but so far I’m loving to feel of these. Might be my top pick!
Very light weight and comfortable.
I did size up a 1/2 a size like recommended and I’m glad I did.
I will for sure be buying another pair once they release more colors!

not true to size, return is quite hard to do. it’d be nice if they can pay for return exchange stamp (pre paid), for the priceyou pay and sub par service and shoes. Meh!!

The build of the shoe is durable, but the shoe is too stiff for an all around trainer for me. They are also noisy when walking. I love the brand but will not purchase this model again.

I absolutely LOVE these ones.. these are my 5th pair of Flux shoes and I will never be buying any other brand! Thank you for existing 😎

While I love the shoe, the fit, the color even more, so I am grateful for my almost instant instantaneous correction posture. However, the soft heel stitching on the inside of both the right and left shoe is coming unraveled, and then a very early part in this process. Both Both pairs of my green unbreathable ones I have had to sew multiple times my fuchsia ones are starting to lift on the left posterior aspect of the talus and the black 6 1/2 are ripping right at the seam of the hill on the left side.I do untie and tie the shoes each time I put them on so it is not like I slipped them on causing friction. I love these shoes. I wish you would find a way to double stitch that area so it does not become a problem thank you for listening to my insight.

Loving them!

I was skeptical at first, but I love these shoes. I’ve used them for weight training, HIIT, and outdoor sled push - super comfortable and so much grip. I usually get pain in my right foot from my big toe being squished but no issues here. Im honestly surprised at how comfortable they are, now I want some running shoes. I’m a happy convert :)

I love these shoes! They are super comfortable, and fit my feet perfectly despite having bunions that make shoes fitting for width hard for me. Used these for a CrossFit workout with a ton of box jumps and I felt stable but also supported during impact.

They feel great

They are lightweight and flexible which is what i needed. I sized up a 1/2 size, as recommended, and they're too large. They dont fit as snug as I'd like.

I wear zero drop shoes to mitigate back pain as my lower back does not tolerate a heel. I ordered a black and white pair of these. The black pair immediately caused back pain and still dies. The white pair does not. I’m not sure how two of the same shoes the same size just different colors can give such a different feel to them. I don’t wear the black ones because it doesn’t feel as though they’re zero drop and was a waste of money. The white pair feels great. Just unfortunate I wasted over $100 on a pair that doesn’t feel good like the other pairs I have purchased from Flux.

unfortunately, these shoes are horrible with anybody with a bunion. And unfortunately, I bought these on sale and they refuse to take them back so buyer beware if your feet aren’t perfectly shaped or you have older feet with a bunion on your large toeThese shoes will not be comfortable, as the inner side of the shoe is narrow, leaving the outside portion the shoe of your pinky toe much wider.
I couldn’t be more **** that I spent $120 on something that I could never wear. Or return.

I have exclusively worn barefoot style sboes for 5+ years. But they are not great for running. I reluctantly ordered these to train for Hyrox. I ran a few miles in these yesterday and they were incredible. You can really feel the massaging from the insoles. Will order again.

I feel they are kind of flat.may there are different styles that would fit better
