Graphene is a one-atom-thick layer of carbon arranged in a honeycomb pattern. It’s the strongest material ever discovered—200x stronger than steel—yet incredibly thin, light, and flexible. Helping you push the limits of durability and responsiveness.

  • Durability where you need it most: We infused graphene into the outsole—where most training shoes break down first. That means better performance over time and fewer failures during key movements like lifts, sled drives, or lateral hops.
  • No compromise on weight or feel: Most "durable" shoes add bulk. Graphene delivers toughness without the heaviness, so you stay agile and locked in.
  • More confidence in movement: Better grip + longer lifespan = train harder without worrying about your gear giving out.

Freedom To Move

Designed for natural movement, with a zero-drop sole and wide toe box that let your feet move freely and your body stay aligned. Every lift and lunge feels more stable and connected from the ground up.

Built For Intensity

Reinforced with Graphene-Pro, a material 200x stronger than steel yet incredibly thin, light, and flexible, the outsole is infused in high-impact zones to deliver next-level grip and long-lasting durability.

Cool, Strong, Adaptive

A high-performance ballistic mesh upper—built for airflow, durability, and stretch—so your feet stay cool and supported. A low-profile, flexible outsole adapts to every move, delivering grip and ground feel without the bulk.

Modern shoes limit your mobility. Natural movement shoes let them move as they should—building strength, improving balance, and supporting posture. With a wide toe box and zero-drop design, they help you move freely, comfortably, and naturally.

The amount of time it takes to transition to barefoot shoes varies for each individual, as everyone's feet are different and may adapt to the new shoes at different rates. However, the following general guidelines can help:

  • Gradual transition: Gradually increasing the amount of time you spend in barefoot shoes can help reduce discomfort and allow your feet to adjust to the new sensation of walking without shoes.
  • Start small: Begin by wearing barefoot shoes for a few hours at a time and gradually increase the duration as your feet get used to them.
  • Listen to your body: Pay attention to any discomfort or pain you experience while wearing barefoot shoes. If you experience discomfort, take a break and switch back to your regular shoes for a few days.
  • Give it time: It can take several weeks or even months for your feet to fully adjust to barefoot shoes, so be patient and persistent.

Keep in mind that everyone's feet are different and the transition time may vary. It's important to listen to your body and adjust accordingly to ensure a comfortable transition to barefoot shoes.

Graphene is a one-atom-thick layer of carbon arranged in a honeycomb pattern. It’s the strongest material ever discovered—200x stronger than steel—yet incredibly thin, light, and flexible. Helping you push the limits of durability and responsiveness.

A wide toe box refers to the space at the front of a shoe, allowing the toes to align and spread naturally. This design helps reduce pressure on the toes, improving foot function and comfort. Flux shoes have a generous toe-box, thanks to the toe-off shape which creates ample room for the toes throughout the gait cycle.

Zero-drop means the heel and toe of the shoe are level, promoting a more natural foot position and stride.

Adapt Graphene XT fit small for most. We recommend sizing up a 1/2 size for the best fit. For more details, refer to our size chart for guidance on finding your perfect fit.

Spot Cleaning: Using water, mild soap, and a soft bristled brush or microfiber cloth, focus on the particularly dirty areas (outsole or on the shoe). Do not use bleach.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn footwear for 30 days from the date of purchase (exceptions apply*). We reserve the right to refuse returns on worn merchandise.

To ensure that shoes are not damaged, we encourage you to try the shoes on with socks on a carpeted surface when you receive them.

These are the best shoes ever!

I’m loving these! Used to wear Nike free run flyknit pretty religiously. These are definitely less supportive, but still very light and even more of a barefoot feel. One issue is the hem line that hold the laces has been digging into the base of my big toe. It’s only happening on one foot. Overall, I’m loving these and hope that they’re still just “breaking in”

This shoe is amazing. Great for cross training. I put it on and was immediately in love. They are extremely comfortable and give your feet space to move the way they are intended to. When lifting, I feel like my feet are placed firmly on the ground, offering the stability needed to train appropriately. I prefer these over my Nike metcons. Would highly recommend!

So comfortable! I have wide feet but “wide” regular sneakers usually cause heel pain for me. Not these! Took a little time to get used to my feet working the way they’re intended to, but worth the adapting. Getting another pair!

Great all around shoe for intricate footwork in heavy duty environments with the durability needed for on the job success.

This is one of the best lifting shoes I've ever worn. It's very comfortable but more importantly durable. It's comfortable enough to do the treadmill or stair master. I wouldn't jog in this but light machine cardio is perfect. The shoe is extremely easy to clean. I own the adapt runner, this shoe and the graphene. This is up there with the adapt runner.

Despite the 4 stars, I do love them. Really, I almost gave them 3 stars. I own two pair and use them on clinic days (I own and run a chiropractic clinic). I love the fit, the toe box, the style, the zero drop...perfection. However, they have some fatal flaws that I did not anticipate. The first is the gnarly blister I got on my achilles when I wore them out on a 1-mi walk when they first came in. I ordered some socks with a pull tab in the back and solved that problem. Next is the raw cut at the top eyelet, and really around all the eyelets. I've owned and used two pair this week--so really, just wore them 3 times each. They are already starting to fray. I've ordered some flexible fabric glue and hope to rescue these raw edges before they start looking trashy...probably by the end of this week.

After a few months of wearing I can finally give a solid review. The shoe fits me well and feel solid underfoot. I use the shoe for runs on a well groomed trail going for 6 miles on average with no sort of issues (not recommended at first if your using this shoe to transition to barefoot). I also use it for pickleball and strength sessions and doesn’t let me down there either. The major issue I have with this shoe is that if the sole gets wet, the odds of you slipping go way up. If I walk into the gym from the parking lot that is wet, I can kiss lower body strength sessions goodbye for the day as the shoe seems to hold on to water for a very long time. An hour into one of my sessions I was doing hacksquats and was still seeing faint footprints left on the platform and I felt the shoes were going to slide around if I put too much force into my feet. Now this could be avoided by just putting them on when in the gym but having to bring an extra pair of shoes is really inconvenient. Another small gripe I have is that right where the two holes for shoe laces around the medial aspect of the ankle are placed, the fabric seems to fray very easily, it has happened on both of my shoes within the first month. Not really a huge performance issue, more of an annoyance. Overall, the shoes is a great shoe, especially for those who are using it to transition to barefoot. It gives you a modest amount of cushion for court sports and running but not nearly enough to make you feel unstable in the gym when doing compounds or Olympic lifts. However, beware of getting them wet. I also tend to wear an 10.5 EE WIDE shoe in boots and normal shoes if your worried about it being not wide enough, personally they fit me great. I hope this helps you decide if the shoe is right for you.

Too tight, it’s like the came from a different manufacturer. I’ve had 3 pairs of the Flux runners and loved them, best shoes I’ve ever had. Then I purchased these and so uncomfortable, very tight even tho same size as my Flux runners. My Flux runner on the left, this new shoe on the right. Bummed

Love everything about these shoes, don’t even need to take them off for DL or Back squats

Only complaint would be I have to double knot them, the laces come out easily

So far these shoes have been holding up to my training. I do crossfit 3-5× a week. We do functional training: running, box jumps,barbellwork/dumbbell work, rope climbing, etc. These shoes are great my toes have not gone numb like they would with nobulls, nikes, and TYR.

They fit and feel like a perfect glove

Shoe didn't fit well but not all will. One star is because they only refunded a 3rd of my purchase price. They say the other 2/3rds is on a "gift card". They stopped replying to emails as well. And of course there is no number to actually speak with someone. I have to start a dispute with my CC company to get the money back now. Terrible service.

I own a CrossFit gym and tell everyone about these and Flux shoes. I own 9 pairs!! 🙈 3 of the OG trainers (great for coaching), 4 runners (one trail), Adapt Ghaphene RR and these the Graphene XTs. The Graphene XT it's my go to shoe. They are comfortable, wide toe box, feel sturdy for lifting yet good for jumping and shorter runs. I love my runners for longer distance runs. My only complaint is for the white XTs, they get dirty FAST. I was afraid to put these in the wash unlike my OG trainers. Wash and dry and a little reshaping, they are bright bright white. 🤍✨ For these I hand washed and didn't get them good until I used a magic eraser! Looked great after. I wish these were offered in more colors! Pink please! 🩷🥰

Sneakers came dirty. There is an orange streak across the left front sow box of the sneaker. Frustrating to open white sneakers and have an orange stain

Great lifting shoes

I have half a dozen pair of shoes that claim to be great for lifting, but these shoes, hands down are the best. The wide toe box give great stability and they are comfortable for hours of wear.

Sides rub against ankle bone

I would give these a 5 star review, but they rub on the outside of my ankle bone. They just made the edge too high

Great for Pickleball

I’ve been playing pickleball for over 2 years. I primarily wear Vivo barefoot shoes, but with pickleball, I bought more cushioned tennis shoes which hurt my toes. I tried a few different tennis shoes but none had the toe box like a barefoot shoe. I went back to vivo’s but the tennis court surface tore right through the soles. So far these soles are holding up. Hoping they last!
